Our specialist areas of service include:
• FABRICATION
o Fully coded welding services (including duplex and super duplex)
o CSWIP Welding inspectors
o Repair and maintenance
o Pressure Testing
• NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
o MPI, DPI, UT, RT, Eddy Current, TOFD and Phased Array
o Asset Integrity inspection
o IRATA qualified rope access inspection
o Permanent ASNT Level III company representative
• OCTG INSPECTION
o Pipe inspection to DS1 4th edition up to CAT 5 / API RP7-G and NS1 / NS2
o Inspection of Drill Pipe, Hevi Wate, Drill Collars, Subs & Cross Overs
o Full EMI scanning
o High pressure external and internal cleaning
• LIFTING INSPECTION AND LIFT MANAGEMENT
o Fixed and loose lifting equipment testing by PCN/ASNT/LEEA qualified inspectors
o Including NDT and load testing of CCU’s, slings, pad eyes & Frogs
o Complex heavy lift management including OPITO Stage 4 rigging services
• MANPOWER PROVISION
o Ad-hoc or long term
o Database featuring over 1000 electrical technicians, production operators, mechanics, engineers and more
o All HR, accreditation and logistics handled, including expedited visa services where possible
• EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND MANUFACTURE
o Hire of Oilfield equipment from rigging lofts to welding plant
o Manufacture of wire rope slings to BS EN 13414-1:2003
• SCAFFOLD SERVICES
o Onshore and offshore scaffold erection
o Scaffold design service including complex heavy lift and supervisory services
